Being born and raised in London, England, and with a background in Mathematics, Robert Boyle's career in languages, in the beginning, was not evident to see. However, the multicultural environment, the patterns within language, and the ingenuity behind the learning process struck a chord with him and led him down a different path. he began his teaching career in 2007 in Harmon Hall (the biggest English Language Institution in Mexico) and quickly rose to the rank of Director traveling across Mexico training staff and flipping schools.

He was subsequently handpicked to take on a role as a Director for Berlitz Mexico in Guadalajara, rejuvenating the school whilst creating personalized solutions for some of the biggest schools and companies in the region. In 2014, he was headhunted to take over the language department at UVM Zapopan Mexico, where he applied his unique problem-solving approach to restructure and create an active presence for the language department in the university.

When the Laureate Languages Online program started in 2015, he got in on the ground floor and quickly made waves by developing material, piloting programs, creating training courses as well as acting as lead teacher for programs for UPN and AIEP. Recently he has been acting as a consultant, dedicating his time to CoP engagement, material creation, course improvement, and quality assurance. Seeking out the best and most effective resources and applying them to learning strategies excites him, this started out as a personal project and a hobby but lead to the cofounding of Erudite Languages, in early 2019, which focuses on open learning through interactive content by listening, understanding, designing, and teaching. Erudite Languages offers top quality services to individuals, business as well as institutions looking to further their language needs, whatever they may be.

In 2020 a unique opportunity arose, and he started Kiki's Adventures, an interactive storybook based platform for children to learn English. Kiki's takes the creative genius of children and the language learning expertise of Erudite to bring together a fun, interactive learning environment full of activities and games.
