Director of International Engagement
Aysara Otarova has undergraduate and graduate degrees in English. She has experience studying English linguistics, teaching English as a Foreign language, and developing English learning curriculum. Aysara also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Weber State University, Utah. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Aysara’s experience includes nearly 16 years of working with international organizations and companies such as the French Health Organization, an American aquaculture feed company, and multiple Iranian and Korean companies. She now directs the international engagement efforts for Reading Horizons, a research-based reading program and professional development for teachers.
