Guillermina Arias-Sais cuenta con una maestría en Enseñanza de Inglés como Lengua Extranjera de la Universidad de Saint Mark and Saint John, Plymouth, Reino Unido.  Ha trabajado en el Departamento de Lenguas del ITESO como maestra de inglés en varios rubros. Tienen experiencia en diferentes áreas como son la enseñanza en línea, el Programa de Tutorías y el Programa Dual Immersion de intercambios lingüísticos. El enfoque principal de su quehacer docente es la autonomía en la enseñanza-aprendizaje, y el acompañamiento en entornos virtuales, así como la cultura, las actitudes y creencias de los estudiantes mexicanos del idioma inglés.
